Evan Kaspar
Editor-in-chief
Evan began his watch collecting journey as many of us do with a Seiko SKX, purchased for an extended camping trip through the American southwest. That was soon followed by a Vostok and Steinhart, and it's been a slippery slope from there. A keen interest in vintage watches led him naturally to learn to service, repair and restore them, a detour in the hobby that has become something of a side gig in itself. He resides in Missouri with his wife and three children, and also enjoys reading, fishing, biking, and diving.
Mike Razak
Contributor
Mike became obsessed with watches in 2015 after spending an inordinate amount of time finding the perfect wedding watch (the Frederique Constant Slimline Automatic). Prior to becoming Managing Editor at Tempus Fugit, he wrote for multiple outlets, covering microbrands and haute horlogerie timepieces alike. He prefers a well-executed date window or none at all and strives for a diverse collection with limited overlap. He lives with his wife and two sons in Northern Virginia, where he spends too much time fretting over what watch to wear with which strap.
